You will be emailed as soon as your items are ready for collection from our pick up point outside the North Campus Library.

If items are available on the shelf, generally it should only take an hour or two between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

If the items you want are out on loan to another person, it may take some time to fulfill your request until they are returned to us. If we have multiple copies the timescale reduces considerably.
